Creativity:
Executives and employees can only succeed in partnership by transforming ideas and natural resources into fulfilling the corporate strategy. In this sense, mankind is a creator and innovator who understands how to change various basic materials into something useful and satisfying. Companies are obliged to constantly generate innovative ideas to maintain a competitive advantage without harming nature. Companies cannot move forward without associating innovative ideas with the second success factor. Extremely useful are “transformative facilities” where “creation” and sustainable “innovation” co-exist. Creativity is in this sense the uniqueness of an enterprise.
Energy:
To move something, there must be a “push.” The impact of energy (the third K-Faktor success driver) makes work possible. This not only applies to the basic questions regarding the physical world but also to what is communicated. Emotional energy is essential.
Setting goals and achieving them requires an inner impulse and energy to overcome existing mental inertia, allowing creativity to blossom.
