During these years, the business economist was a lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, co-founder and managing partner of the renowned SCG St. Gallen Consulting Group and senior partner at Mercer Management Consulting.

He is the founder of CONTINUUM AG and owner of  DYMAS AG, the specialist for "dynamic management support".

Dr Fopp also runs an art gallery in Zurich and is active as an artist with his own studio.

He is recognized as a creative problem solver and valued as a sparring partner. He also chaired the Swiss Association of Family Businesses and the Association of Management Consultants.
