A business transformation means a metamorphosis, a change in “Gestalt”. This is radical change, which should be carefully planned and implemented. It is important that symbols and icons emotionally communicate this transformation (Change Management), and that corporate management embraces this new direction.

In this transformation, an entrepreneurial orientation based on a vibrant vision is needed. The “what” and “how” complement each other, sustaining success and business growth.

“From Vision to Success”: A transformation is not certain. Paramount is remodeling the corporate culture, so that a change in employee behavior is achieved.

Three phases are relevant: thawing - movement – stabilization.
