It is crucial that the new management style emphasizes essential-emotional leadership over a technocratic/analytical approach. A company’s goal must be to convey its business culture as a reflection of its business soul.
Corporate values, vision and priorities are more clearly reflected in the day-to-day work of the employees through a more emotional business leadership.
This does not represent a dichotomy. Good business leadership is the synergy of the two above mentioned worlds. What may seem contradictory at first is balanced and integrated under optimal leadership.
